1.1       In terms of Sec 11(1) to 11(3) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, as recipient of this and any e-mail message sent from P&CE and you are legally bound by the terms of this Notice.
 
1.2       This e-mail disclaimer and legal notice supersedes all other e-mail legal notices.

P&CE reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to intercept and  monitor communications sent, received or stored on the P&CE communication systems provided that such interception and monitoring is for a lawful purpose and in accordance with the P&CE Policies.
 
 
6.         GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION         
 
6.1       This e-mail shall be interpreted according to the laws of South Africa.
 
6.2     Any dispute that may arise in connection with this e-mail shall be referred to arbitration in terms of the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa.

7.1       P&CE is only deemed to have received an e-mail once the recipient has confirmed receipt thereof.
