As the name describes, ePIMMS is a central location where all project data can be accessed in a meaningful way via the web. Functionality such as Project Risk Register, Dashboarding and a Document Management System are but just a few of the features of this valuable tool. It also facilitates process-driven tasks by having information such as standards and templates available so that the project team can execute its functions within a prescribed governance structure with the HOW defined and readily available.

SYSTEM OF PROCESSES

This product consists of the entire project management process mapped according to nine primary knowledge areas in PMBOK across the project life cycle with all of the subsequent process instructions that can used as a PM process template in any organisation. ProSys can be implemented stand-alone or as an integral part of ePIMMS, and it is aligned with international best practice in general, and PMI, IPMA, ICEC, SAPCI and APMSA in particular.

Although all of the above mentioned products can be utilised on a stand-alone basis, they are designed to be integrated with the user’s ERP and we have the necessary capacity to implement this process for most ERPs including SAP, Magic, Elipse among others.
